90 Std Hatch Suspension

Hey, i plan on going with a b18b turbo (ordering the b18b tomorrow). I plan on hitting 11s so what springs/coilovers and shocks should i get? I was thinking tein ss but i'm not sure...also what wheels should i get? I was thinking rotas...I was wanting to stay around $1500 total for wheels & springs/coilovers & shocks...so give me your ideas please...Thanks

the teins are liek a thousand already, and rota wheel and tire packages are from about 700 and up, so $1500 wont cut it....

Ya i know but i got a buddy who can get things for cost though so he said he should be able to get the rotas for like $350-$400 then tires will run me like $300 we'll say and he said he could get the tein ss's for like $800...he is checking actual prices tomorrow.
