91 Accord LX - Swapping question

Hi guys, I'm thinking about doing the swap on my 91 Accord LX...and there're two option for me. First is getting an F22B and built the internal and later turbo it or the second option is to get an H22A for now and later work on the internal and afterward turbo it. Can anyone give me an idea what I should be doing and which will lead me to a better conclusion. Well my question is which one of the option will give me more horsepower. Did you research this at all? There's plenty of stuff on this forum and all over the internet about the F and H-series motors, specifically about swapping them into Accords. I'd suggest you do some reading and then ask more specific questions.

Also, it would help if you told us some more about your project. What is the car going to be used for? Daily driver? Track only? How much power do you want to make? How much do you have to spend? Etc., etc.,...
