91 accord swap, what should i use

i have a 1991 accord, f22a1 auto, im lookin into either a h22 or an f22b dohc, if i get either one of these, do i really need to gt a new tranny, or will the f22 tranny suffice, i cant afford to convert it to 5 spd yet, but it will come....broke down and eager..help a brotha out..peese...p.s and any other advice or suggestions would be nice

from what i know and what i seen and heard about the h22 motor is that the f22, f23, h22, and h23 trannys will fit on n e of those so you can have an f22 motor with a h22 tranny or the other way, so the tranny shouldbolt up perfectly

It will bolt up with out any problem. That option is there for when you need the close gear for a more competition . The F series has a wider gear ratio. Which is great for high Hp . The problem with the F series is that it doesnt like shifting at high RPMS. There is always the option of H to B swap.
