91 civic HB wipers

Hey guys.. i just had 2 question.. if someone can help that would be great.

1. I have a 91 civic hatchback and im nto sure what is the size of my wiper blades, im not sure if its 16 inches.. if someone can tel me that if would be awesome

2. My car kind of shakes when i put break on nutrul after the speed of around 25-30 but if i put breaks without keeping on on nutrul it doesnt shake my car. The sake feels like coming from tires to my stearing wheal but i cant tell if its my tries, breaks are pretty new and clutch is pretty new also... so if sumone can tell me this that would be cool...

Just measure the size of the wipers that are on your car now and buy accordingly.

The second problem could be warped rotors or worn out parts in the front end, but your post is very hard to read so please try to write it out better that would help.
