I have just picked up a 91 Civic awd wagon with a non running minime swap. I have done almost every EF engine swap but this one. I have a complete D15b vtec with everything to drop in. will there be any problems mounting the D15B vtec to the AWD trans? is there anything else i need to know?

the 4wd wagon transmission uses an intermediate axle shaft bolted to the back of the engine block and larger Integra type equal length axles - the D15B engine block does not have the necessary mounting points for bolting the intermediate shaft onto the back of the block - stock unequal length Civic/CRX axles will not work with the 4wd transmission - using any D15 block is not going to work unless you can somehow fabricate a mount for the intermediate shaft to the block
