91 crx d15-vtec wont start help

i have a 91 crx si with a d15 v-tec that wont start. i bought it and drove it for a month or two and parked it and went out one day to start it and nothing, it has fuel, it has spark, it cranks, relay works, distributer is good, it has the stock ecu and stock wiring harness..... i think the harness maybe a hack job and a wire may be keeping it from start. any ideas???????

Is is throwing any codes? I am assuming its a jdm d15b vtec, correct?

i believe so, and it was throwing an injector code and an o2 code way back when it was running, but nothing now...

Have you checked the spark plugs for fouling?

really......... i changed them out and still wouldnt start so yes i have

no, not change them out, inspect them.

i put new ones in cause they were shot, and still didnt work. i tried being a bum and pop starting it and from how it was sounding its off timing. it was i guess running as you could say but i'd hit the gas it would just sound like it was bogging instant of firing..... but for a honda to jump timing it needs to jump like fifty teeth, which i dont understand cause when i parked it, it ran fine.....

Try holding the pedal to the floor and crank it over to start it...

have you tired spraying carb spray into the intake to see if it will help start

you mean ether??? if so yes, it did nothing..... does anyone know what wires are added when u do that swap.... cause its def ecu or wiring
