91 CRX Si

I'm looking at buying a Honda CRX Si and it has to run 12's and i'm on a tight budget. Is it more cost effective to put another engine in it? If it is which engine is the best? any advice is appreciated.

I recommand you built a ls motor and boost it the 90-91 interga motor its cheap and strong and not a messy job with the wiring because you'r obd0 and so is the interga motor
