91 DA circuit car swap?

have a 91 DA that im trying to build to run as a circuit race car. (road race, not drag.) I bought the car with a 1st gen b16a in it. not exactly what all work is done to the b16, but I was thinking about building a b20vtec to drop in it. either way I want to stay N/A, but I cant decide what swap would be better for what I want to do. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

also, any suggestions on what to use(cams, pistons, valves etc.) in my build would be appreciated as well.
