Noob Disclaimer: I am noob, if this topic has been covered before, please feel free to just give me the link or title so i can worship the Search God.

Alright, I've got a 91 EF i'm just drooling over to do something to, and My goals right now are to turbo a B16 and get around 350-400hp out of it.On top of that keep it pumped gas, and drive it around 3 days a week. Budget- I just want to buy the right parts to get a good build, one part at a time if I have to. My question(s) would be first should I stick with the b16a1 w/ the cable tranny, and obd0. Should I convert it to obd-1? Or get a B16A2, and go to hydro tranny, and obd-1? Is it any more trouble to get that much HP out of a B16A1?

the obd-0 would be an easier swap, but the obd1 would be more beneficial
