Ok so I have a 95 Honda civic Ex with a 97 d16y8 engine the car runs good and all but when I try to ge it over 4,000-4,500 rpm it starts bouncing like it's redline'n and it's at a shop and the guy still can't figure it out (what a mechanic huh lol) if anyone has an idea or this has happen please let me know or give ke an idea of what it can be thank you..
