92 civic cx hatch B series swap!!!

    I have a question about b series engines i no they bolt right in with b series mounts but what about wiring is there any wiring i need to do or should it be fine.

    And what year did integra switch to obd2

    integra switched to obd2 in 96.. but yes, with mounts, axles and linkage.. its pretty much a straight swap.. all 92 civics were wired for vtec from the factory.. so if you're swapping a vtec motor you'll need to run a wire for the knock sensor and extend the vtec wire

    yea,.. its wired from the ecu to the shock tower.. so you need to wire the vtec from there or find an EX/SI/VX engine harness

    I think i screwed up bad!!!!!!!!!!!

    I got a b18b1 out of a four door automatic integra!!! OBD1

    The tranny 5spd ls i bought says 97 on it UMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
    Does that mean it is obd2??????

    If so what problems do i have.

    the tranny doesnt matter it will bolt up and work fine

    Trans should be okay. I think b-series trannys are all pretty interchangable, but there may be an exception to that.

    So i dont have linkages so what linkages will fit and work on my car or do i have to buy some from a swap site.

    I couldnt find any on there but a good site for that kind of stuff is NOPI MOTORSPORTS
    They are a pretty good site easy to search as well.
