i have a 92 integra w/ a jdm b16, it will not crank(will turn over). when i use the test light on the + and - wires on the coil both have power (in other words the negitive is hot). i dont think thats supposed to happen. i put a new distributor and coil on it and it still dose the same thing. if i leave the car turned on for more than 10 min, it gets very hot. i drove the car for about 2 weeks before this happened.
