i just got a 1992 integra unfortuantly my old EG was totaled but i was wonder how i can get 200+ hp without turboing this car and what brands and parts should i get i wanna spend less than 1100 cuz i can boost for that and make 250 lol

LS/Vtec, cams, intake/exhaust, indivitual coils, should have you right around the 200hp mark

Why do you need individual coil packs? Its a low HP all motor car... no need for it. OEM ignition will work fine.
