Which one out of the 4 ecu's would you prefer for a stock JDM b16 SIR 2 and whyt?

P30 if you can get on as it is the stock ECU that came with the motor, and has the correct fuel maps and what not... but if you are going to go hondata you are eventually going to want a p28.

hondata or not, the difference between a P28 and P30 is a useless knock board and a chip.

I'd personally take a Chipped P28, because non of the honda programs do a stock motor justice. And chip it yourself - all the ebay chips I've seen suck monkey balls.
