So im kinda new to this site and I have been looking on here for hours trying to figure out if i should swap my F22 for a Vtec or is there a way to get more hp out of my F22 can someone help me out
 
How much power do you want? How much money do you have to spend? What's your mechanical ability?
 
right now i have about 3000 and i have a shop i go to im just tryna find the best way to do it
 
250 at the crank? Or the wheels?

I think your best bet would be to turbo the stock engine (assuming it's in good shape). That should get you in to the 200 wheel horsepower range. With an H22 swap the best you'd get is 200 at the crank...
 
the wheels and i try to keep my engine up but wit 200,000 miles on it i was wondering is it worth it to turbo it
