93 civic engine swap

i have a automatic 93 civic ex 1.6L non vtec (d16z6) and i want to convert to manual, but i dont have the money for the full conversion... i got a rebuilt 88 integra motor for cheap... i wanna know if my civic's auto trans will fit the integra motor?... any input would be appreciated...

and what would i need for the full conversion to manual?
