ok so i just bought a 93 civic ex the other day for 800 bucks..... the rear tail lights or blinkers dont work.. i've checked all the fuses the bulbs and still nothing... could it be a ground that im missing somewhere???? or does it have to do with the steering column.... the car was stolen.. and a bought it from a guy who got it at a auction and the only thing messed up with it was the ignition,tail lights, sunroof wont close all the way. and driver window wont go down?? any help would be great.....
