93 del sol d15 obd1 to d16y8 swap

hey im new to swapping please dont bite my head off !!! im swaping d15 for d16y8 manual trans vtec... i have the engine and the engine, harness and the stock ecu for both motors. with that said should i get a p28 ecu (obd1) and change the obd2 engine to obd1 ?? if so what do i need to do ? or is there another easy way to make this work ? thanks

well if you have the y8 harness and the y8 ecu you can just put everything right in
if you want to use your stock harness and get a p28 then your going to need a p28 ecu LOL........ your stock harness is obd1 and a p28 is as well so it's just a plug and play
