Okay got d16 engine what else do i need to complete swap , can i use stock axles trans, i have non vtec so ill need distr and solenoid what about ecu can i just use hondata s300 to program in vtec ,going to upgrade w them anyway, Answeres appreciated.

Yes you can use the non-vtec trans/axles.

You need to run VTEC to a VTEC ECU too

thanks can i use the stock ecu w hondata s 300 they advertise set vtec points on non vtec computer or should i buy wire harness and ecu . im going to get ecu programmed anyway.

Your non v-tec ecu can be converted to P28 spec. You don't need Hondata S300 for the set up your are doing unless you plan on building it for boost or high comp. S300 is bad ass but not necessary for stock swaps.
