nubbie to this honda thing my daughter is running dirt 1/4mile track bone stock b18a 150k mi obd1?
first time on the track i thought i was hiting the rev limiter running about 7k at the end of the straight away
i went to taller tires now run about 6500
but similar problem persists we run up front until 10 or 15 laps in the motor may go into limp mode so i increased the octane with toululene problem persists sometimes car stops sometimes five seconds and car is fine always drive off the track i am replacing the fuel pump tommarow i have no codes showing does someone have a solution other than swapping out part after part fuel switch, ecu, rev limiter, o2 sensor, anti knock sensor, i found a ground to fuel pump was intermitent? there is to much to comprehend in to short a time
