i was just curious. is the timing of 92-96 prelude S (f22a) all the way advanced from the factory? most non-performance cars arent and the s is the base model sohc and very slow, however the timing looks all the way advanced. maybe its backwards and its retarded. anyways if it is should i advance it and will it make a difference if i have intake header exhaust

Are you talking about the crank timing? I imagine you don't have an adjustable cam gear on there. ANYWAY, no the ignition is not advanced as far as it can go, and I would recommend against setting the timing anywhere away from it's stock point. The whole thing has been engineered so the plugs fire when the pistons are at TDC. Making them fire at any other point will only hurt performance.
