My friends wife just blew the headgasket again on her 94 civic cx hatch. as it now has almost 200K miles on it I was wondering if there are any easy motor swaps for this chassis. My main experiance lies in EF chasis civics not EG's. As I understand it a d15b7 should be a direct replacement(upgrade) for the d15b8 that it has now. I know the mounts will work with any d series engine and I think the wiring will be plug and play as well. So if I am thinking correctly I just need to find a obd 1 d series with matching computer or find someone to chip the existing one. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
