94 Civic Ex with B16a OBD1 swap issue!!!

We got a shift linkage with the engine/tranny but its all rusted and frozen up ... its also real real close to the dashboard when in first gear. I have to get a new linkage what will work? It is a jap spec b16a2. Supposedly out of similar year jap spec del sol??

get a linkage for a 3rd gen integra (94+)
