Hello. I have a 1994 Civic 3dr with a GSR engine swap. I want to get a cold air intake. Do I get a cold air intake for a 92-95 Civic or for a GSR. Most companys make one for each car. Whats the differeces between the two?

Get a CAI, or better yet a short ram for the GSR engine.

The difference between the two will be how the pipe is shaped, and (don't quote me on this part though) I believe the diameter of the pipe itself.
