94 del sol engine swap

I have a 94 del sol and I want to put the most hp and torque under the hood that I can with the least amount of trouble and cost. The question i what is the best engine to put in with the least amount of trouble?

I really want to put in the H22A and I'm willing to pay to get the parts but I just need to know what all I will need.
