yes.. drops right in.. probably gonna have to run a few wires for vtec.. but pretty straight forward swap other than that

It's so easy a caveman could do i...err, yeah. All it is are two wires...or three if I can't count right...which is quite the possibility. Heck, if you wanted to buy the conversion wiring for non-vtec to vtec on Rywire.com it would only cost $40.
