alright.. so i have a gsr.. and when my car is on and idle.. my tranny makes a funny clicking sound.. thought it was my throw out bearing.. changed that but it still does the same thing.. when the clutch is pressed in.. the noise goes away.. What Could It Be..??

When you press the clutch in, the input shaft on the tranny stops spinning; Which means the noise is coming from the inside of the trans. More than likely a bad bearing but thats the best case scenario.
