94 Integra Computer location

I have a 94 integra that just quit running while backing up. Where is the computer located? What would be the most common reason for this type of shutdown be? It cranks but has no spark.

passenger side floorboard for the ecu. no spark sounds like a bad coil or ignition system. (plugs wires etc)

its actually in the passenger kick panel

if you were going in revers when it quit... did you gun it in reverse? ie go fast in reverse (lol) if your motor mounts are wasted, you could have pulled the ground wire out of its place if it was frayed or corroded...check the ground by the t stat and the valve cover...

Y'all, thanks for the suggestions. I'll be able to check em all out this weekend and see what it take to get her running again.
