I have a 95 accord with a f22b swapped in. I got a spoon chip/programmed P0A ecu and wired up VTEC. I am not sure exactly how the spoon ecu works, but my understand is that it should reprogram/adapt to the car.
For some reason the car starts to drop off around 5000rpm and nearly cuts out by 6000rpm. I am not sure if this is normal with ecu, if it has to "adapt" but it doesnt seem to make much sense. If anyone has any ideas i would appreciate any help I can get.

Is it just a cheap E-Bay chip? If so, get rid of it, it's garbage. Just get the appropriate ECU for the engine. Unless your engine is boosted or built in some way you don't need to be messing with chips...
