96 Civic HX to EX swap

I have a 96 HX 5spd, and I was wondering what I would have to change out to slap an EX in it. My thoughts are motor and ECU everything else should be plug and play. Please let me know..... I'm not very swap savy.
 
Engine, ECU, wiring harness thats it right i dont need the axels manifolds, nothing else??
