96 Honda Accord wont start after sitting for 3 months

My accord was parked for 3 months while i fixed the crankshaft pulley. When it was parked it ran but now I cant get it to start. Its getting fuel, spark, and air. any ideas

check for mice nests. in the intake, the exhaust, etc.
change the oil... it may be super thick from not moving.
