It's spam because it's an advertisement for the car you're selling and it's in the Accord Tech Forum. I don't know why you would put it in the Accord forum, the Civic one would make more sense. But anyways, if you go down to the bottom of the main screen, there's a "Vehicles for sale" forum where you can post this kind of stuff.
