My jdm gsr is burning oil in number 3 cylinder the head was just rebuilt so it has something to do with my rings or something I think any suggestions about how to free up some rings here is the spark plug In cylinder 3
 
Compression numbers?

Leak down test results?

I wouldn't speculate anything until these tests are done.
 
Well did a conpression test but just pulled plug wires now won't start think I fried my coil or ignitier not sure
