97 Civic DX A/T Throwing Codes

couple of codes on my buddys civic... he wants me to take a look at it so he doesnt have to go to the dealer. if you can give me some help i can tell him what needs to be done! The cel came on about a month ago.

between then and now, hes had a full tune-up and transmission fluid changed. the mechanic also reset the cel. last wednesday, the light came back on and he got the codes pulled.

p0700 = Transmission Control System Malfunction
p0715 = Input / Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Well i just looked in my helms book, and under "detection item" it says Auto transimission and under "Probable cause" it says nothing. So theres really no troubleshooting steps in the helms book. So you'll have to go to the dealer with this, search around on like yahoo, etc. or just buy a new tranny.
