I have a 97 DX and have the stock cluster, if i buy a 99 SI Cluster with Tack, does it fit "bolt-on" in my console? And do i have to make and plug new wires to my cluster for the tack to work, or with my stock plug everything is "bolt-on" and no modification what so ever is needed?

it can be done. i did it to my civic. it is just bolt and plug it in and it works perfectly. no rewiring or anything complicated
 
i thought the plugs for the cluster were different between 96-98's and 99-00's, because of the obdII.a and obdII.b thing. but, i could be wrong, just wanted to throw that out there.
