97 prelude transmission swap

i have a 97 prelude AT transmission that was shot, i swapped out the AT with a 98 accord manual tranny, and everything bolted bolt for bolt, now do i have to do anything with the electrical. any suggestions will be helpful. thanks

you have to splice in the clutch pedal assembly and swap in a manual shifter.
