98-01 Accord Clock

I've always thought it was the dumbest thing ever for Honda to make the clock on these cars without back lighting. Every car I've seen, the clock is visible at night. But it never occurred to me it might be broken until my gf mentioned it; since its been like that when we bought the car brand new.

So question:
Do the clocks on the 98-01 Accords have backlighting? Or is mine just fucked?
