issues with putting the engine out of the old integra are going to be the fact that the integra is most likely obd0 or obd1 (on board diagnostics)
you will need a new intake and exhaust manifold, sensors, transmission from that integra is going to be cable, you will need a hydro.
basically the only thing you will be able to use out of that car is the block and head, nothing else.
the ecu will not work unless you convert the car to obd1 (IF the car is obd1)
but if you do that then you will have problems if you have to do inspections every year. most states its illegal to put an older engine in your car.

best bet would be go with a d series.
read up in the sections of this website and google.

the b series will be a little more fun, but you will spend more money.

try to find a complete swap from a 96+ civic.
thats your best, easiest way to go
 
well the guy i got the car from just pulled a h22a out of it. so me sounding stupid again not sure what the car is setup for.
