98 civic, swap........

I have a 98 civic sedan automatic with a d16y7.....My friend wrecked his 99 integra ls, It's also a automatic. But I can get the motor, trans,ecu for a good deal from him....I was wondering what else was needed to complete the swap??? Besides axles....and will everything plug & go??? Any modifications or known problems to expect with this swap?? I know it's a pretty common swap but just want to make sure I have all areas covered before I start to do it. Thanks in advance.
