Ok, got a 98 Civic EX with a 95 VTEC engine in it. Pervious owner tried to modify wiring and I get to fix. The computer is not reading the crankshaft sensor. Local mechanics are no help. Where do I start? 
Car runs great when it is cold, but it won't stay cold. So once it warms up, it won't idle, sputters, unless I keep the rpm above 1500, then it's ok again.
Have to fix or will sell for $20K and throw in a shiny piece of copper with a Lincoln engraving.
