99-00 si engine harness

i have a b18b1 swap and i want to swap it on my 2000 ex auto.. for simplicity sake i was going to use a 99-00 si harness.. is it going to be plug and play on my auto car. thanks

Most people say that one should use the harness that is on your original motor. A 99/00 si will work but there's no need. Your EX is VTEC already so you may just need to not hook up the VTEC plugs. I must say that I don't know as much about OBD2 (I'm a OBD1 EG) But I say stick with your EX harness or a LS OBD2 harness. 99/00 si harness is much more expensive too.

You need to look into the fact you have an OBD0 motor too. Search the site for similar swaps in you shell.

i have a 96 obd2 b18b1 and already bought the 99-00 harness.. just need confirmation that it will work with my car. ty
