I'm looking to buy a 99/00 Civic Si wing.

I want to buy an OEM one vs some off brand.

Is there a way to tell the difference between a OEM and a off brand?
 
Go down to Honda and ask for one.

Honestly, unless you can find someone selling one off their car then you probably won't buy an OEM one. I'd hate to see the tag on a brand new Honda piece.
 
Ok. I one I bought was from SiR model ($75Cdn) and in the same colour as mine.

I have a good idea how to attach it to my trunk.

I just need some stock dimension to line it up to be in the factory spot on the trunk. ???
