99 civic b16 swop

ok so im a newbie here and i am interested in finding out if any one knows were or if i can swop a usdm b16 or if its cheaper to go with a jdm i will do that. into my civic for now or were to find one im not into balls out speed im an audio guy and i figured i would come here for help so any answeres would be apriciated
