99 civic si in a 93 hatchback

Any one know if i could stick a 99 civic si swap into a 93 hb dx?
will the wiring harness hook upto the si ecu?

no it wont work thats like putting a mustang motor in a civic, j/k yeah it will work but you have to change some things or rewire. obd1 is your car so you will have to get the injectors and dizzy etc. or the rewiring thing which i dont know much about. also you need to get a obd 1 ecu or a harness adapter.

get a chipped P28 or a P30 (both OBD-1) to run it off of... with the P28 you wont need to add wires for the knock sensor
modify your harness with plugs from the civic harness
you need to swap plugs for the distributor, the injectors, and the alternator, you will also need to lengthen a few wires, and add the wires for VTEC
