Found a 99 Civic Si.
Rebuilt title because it was stolen - a new Si motor was put in. So, new motor, headgasket, new clutch, and it was lowered w/17s but then a new set of stock springs and wheels were put back in. Only aftermarket shit is a intake, not a big deal.
So, it now "appears" stock other than the removed Si sticker and front Honda emblem.
Title's rebuilt so that sucks big time. Upon inspection it looks fine and drives fine.
All the shit was put in professionally.
The only thing making me nervous is the title other than that I would have bought it already.

What is a reasonable price?

just make sure the motor is a b16

id pay around 10 grand but also depends on the condition and mileage of motor

title shouldnt be a problem untill you try to resell because people usually are turned off by a rebuilt title

Granted I'm no expert and could be fooled.
But it says DOHC right on it like it's supposed to.
The new motor has mileage in the 30s.
The condition is great.
I'd be the fourth owner however.
10 is far too high but I can get it for less anyway...but I wanted it for a bit less than dude wants....but we'll see what happens.
Reselling it would be a bitch, yes...
