99 civic swapped gsr bottom b16 head

Do you guys think this is a good deal or does something seem off? Would it be possible to do a diagnostic test at the dealership with all it has done to it? Someone I know saw this ad and is thinking of getting it for himself.

Seems like a decent deal for all that's done to it. What do you mean by "do a diagnostic test at the dealership" though? A Honda dealership's not going to want to touch a car like that. Are there no performance shops specializing in imports in your area? That would be a better bet than a dealership to tell you if the car's worth the money and in decent shape or not...

Nope None I wish there was. The closest thing we got is a certified mechanic. Lol They just dropped the price from 4000 to 3800 so we just wanted some more opinions before we went to even look at it.
