99 prelude

this toyota dealer has a 99 lude for sale. auto, sunroof, cd, cloth (dang) 41 k miles. it has been there 2 months and i think i can get it for $10500 to $11000 see at donmcgilltoyotakaty.com i stopped and look at it yesterday but didnt drive it because i didn't have time. ive been looking for a lude and this one seems clean, low milage and NON-RICED. should i buy if i can get it for under 11k?

I think it sounds like a hell of a deal, almost too good to be true. Get some maintenance records, run a CARFAX, and definitely drive it before you buy it.

Humm...that seems too good to be true. Automatic, stick, or SH? 41k on 99? That's wonderful! We bought a 2000 w/ 55k for 14k and they wanted 18K for it! Something has to be wrong with it. KBB says 15,490 for the base model 99 w/ 41k.

Cloth was stock on all 5th gen Preludes. Lots of people put leather in though.

Do a CARFAX! Get a base model stick. It's fun!
