A good B16 head setup?

im thinking about building a head but i cant choose what are good parts to use. its gona be a stock B16a botton end. i was thinking of supertech valvesprings, retainers, and valves with bloxracing type A or B cams.

so what type of valvesprings, retainers, valves and cams should i use? or just what head setup is good? any info will help thanks!:)
 
GUDE performance makes a great head setup, complete I think they run about 1200+core, I don't know if they are still in business, but it is the best bang for the buck.
