a timing issue

ok i figured out why i have a loss of power when im driving, my timing is one tooth off. i have never had to screw with timing. can anyone tell me the easiest way to do this? also i have a set of skunk2 stage 1 race cams is it worth dropping those in now since the timing is already off? how or what would i have to do to do this? the cams have aem adjustable gears on them as well.

First things first, I realize we are in the Prelude forum, but what engine are you working on?

H22? If itis an h22 than timing can be a little tricky......... I would take it to a shop if you have never messed with h22 timing before
