Accord Heater Controls in EF

I know that there is a thread about this on HT, but the pictures there don't work.

Does anyone have the pictures on how to do this?

Honda-tech had all the originals I believe.

I was going to try the Accord climate control since I had one; but accidentally left it in the car when it was getting scrapped.

Have you tried PM'ing the authors? I know a lot of HT people used imageshack, and they got shut down so a lot of pics are gone.
